Is it possible to become immortal in future?

Everythingyou need to know about “CRYONICS”

What is cryonics?

Cryonics is a process in which human bodies preserved in so cold temperature for decades or centuries until a future medical technology restore the person’s real death. It’s sounds crazy like sci-fi movies or web series but it’s not it could be possible in future as our technology is developing so fast day by day.

In future if scientists will be successful in this process then  human body will defy the laws of nature by becoming immortal forever. This technology will be the greatest invention for mankind forever.

How it works?

Currently cryogenically freeze someone alive is illegal until and unless the successful experiment is done by the scientists. So there are two types of death i.e legally dead in which only the heart stopped but brain remains working  another form of death is full death or real death in which the brain and body both stopped working.

If a person is legally dead then we have to preserve the body as the brain remains working which is the most crucial part in bringing someone from dead. Our brain is just like a CPU of a computer.

So in this process first we have to stabilize the body with supplying enough Oxygen and blood to preserve minimal function until the body is transported to the suspension facility. Then the body should kept ice packed and injected with anticoagulant to prevent blood clot. Then we will have to remove waters from the cells and replace it with a special glycerol based on a chemical mixture called a cryptoprotectant which will prevent the body’s cell to be freezed or shattered. Also we have to prevent the body from forming any ice crystals during the cryonic suspension.

Finally, once the body is deemed ready, it is cooled on a bed of dry ice until it reaches approximately -130 C. Then it is placed in its own massive metal tank filled with liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -196 C until the day it comes back to life.

Challenges we have to face

The greatest challenges we have to face is that to recreate or restore the body  to it’s original which is going to be far more than difficult as we have to know the reason of death of the person and cure him completely before making it come back to life.

What will help in reanimating the bodies as usual?

Nanotechnology will play a vital role in reanimating or restoring the body. As nanotechnology has the ability manipulate single atoms which would be used to treat the body , repair the cells and tissues.

Other ways to come back to life after legally dead

I know the heading sounds crazy but we are talking about cryonics which also a craziest process to come back to life and there are some other ways rather than  cryonics such as vitrification and repairing structure at molecular level.

Vitrification: The main thing in every type of process of process is to keep the structure in good condition which will be easy for scientists to bring the person back to life.

So this process is almost same as cryonics because in this process cryptoprotectants which are highly concerntrated chemicals are added to the tissues which will permits it to be cooled to very low temperatures with little or no ice formation. The state of no ice formation at temperatures below -120°C is called vitrification. It is now possible to physically vitrify organs as large as the human brain, achieving excellent structural preservation without freezing.

Repairing Structure at molecular level : The emerging science of nanotechnology will eventually lead to devices capable of extensive tissue repair and regeneration, including repair of individual cells one molecule at a time. This future nanomedicine could theoretically recover any preserved person in which the basic brain structures encoding memory and personality remain inferable, which typically occurs well after spontaneous function has been lost.

So...  If survival of structure means survival of the person;If cold can preserve essential structure with sufficient fidelity ; If foreseeable technology can repair injuries of the preservation process;

Then cryonics should work, even though it cannot be demonstrated to work today. That is the scientific justification for cryonics. It is a justification that grows stronger with every new advance in preservation technology.
